Paper Pumpkin Party

Hi Everyone!
I am having a Paper Pumpkin Party on Friday, August 8 from 7-8:30 PM. Everyone will get to assemble a gift box complete with ribbon and gift tag and make a card with envelope from the July Paper Pumpkin kit. We will also make another card using supplies from the same kit. There is only room for 5 crafters so contact me as soon as you can. Cost of supplies is only $5 but please bring your own adhesive. (I have limited adhesive on hand for sale.)
And for an added bonus everyone who asks for a spot in the class, even if all the spots are already filled, will be put in a drawing to receive the August Paper Pumpkin kit FOR FREE!
(Winner must pick up kit at my house or meet locally for delivery.)

Just a reminder: I am still looking for some Paper Pumpkin subscribers to sign up by midnight tonight. For signing up you will receive a special Paper Pumpkin clear mount stamp case to store all the exclusive Paper Pumpkin stamps you get in your kits. We will also have some special events exclusively for my Paper Pumpkin subscribers club. Right now you can get your first two months for about $10 a month and you can cancel at any time so what do you have to lose? Give it a try!

50% off Paper Pumpkin for 2 Months!

I am asking for some help here.  If you have ever thought about trying Paper Pumpkin now is the time.  For two months you get half off the regular price!  That is about $10 a month.  You can cancel at any time.

I recently signed up for the second time and the kits are amazing!  Last month we got enough supplies to make 24 adorable pinwheels on a cute stripped stick perfect for decorations for Independence Day or in my case for my grandson's 2nd birthday. This month we got the makings for 6 cute gift boxes complete with ribbon and adorable tags and 6 cards.  The kits always come with an exclusive photopolymer stamp set and a Stampin' spot in the color you need for the project.  The colors are not repeated for the whole year.  See the July kit below:

I am hitting a deadline to get 4 new Paper Pumpkin subscribers by Wednesday at midnight.  If you join I will give you a container to keep your Paper Pumpkin stamps in and you can join my exclusive Paper Pumpkin club. We will get together about once a quarter to do all things Paper Pumpkin.  I will also be sending you ideas for using your Paper Pumpkin supplies after you get done assembling your kit.
To sign up go to https://mypaperpumpkin.com?demoid=2103574 and enter the code HALFOFF2
You need to sign up by Wed. July 30 to help me with my goal but if you sign up by Sept. 10 you will get the half off for two months and be in time to get the September kit.
This is a great way to have some "save your sanity creative time" and craft for a little bit at least once a month.  I hope you will give it a try.

Paper Pumpkin Prepaid Subscriptions Available Now!

Paper Pumpkin Prepaid Subscriptions

Paper Pumpkin by Stampin' Up! is a craft in a box that comes right to your door. Each month you receive a different project and it is always a surprise.  It only takes about 30 minutes to complete and you can build up your crafting supplies with the ink spots (colors not repeated for 1 year!) and the exclusive Paper Pumpkin photopolymer stamps.

With your first box you get a FREE acrylic block to use each month. You don't need a lot of time or crafting stuff to complete an adorable project once a month and get your crafting fix. All you will need to supply is some adhesive, maybe a pair of scissors and a small chunk of time to enjoy yourself.

Now there are two ways to enjoy Paper Pumpkin
1.) You can go to My Paper Pumpkin and sign up to receive your cute red box every month on a continuing basis and you will be charged each month when the box goes into the mail. You may skip a month anytime you need to or cancel at any time.

2.)You can get a prepaid subscription for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months by making an online order at my Stampin' Up! Online Store.  To activate this subscription you then go to My Paper Pumpkin and enter your activation code. This means you pay up front, just like with a magazine subscription, and get only the number mailings you paid for. No need to cancel when the subscription is up. You can then order another prepaid subscription or change to an ongoing subscription.

The prepaid subscriptions are a great way to try Paper Pumpkin out. Prepay for one month, get the next project being shipped and enjoy your crafting gift to yourself.

Prepaid subscriptions are also great for gifts!  I can't think of a better gift to give to my crafty friends. How much fun would a gift like this be to get in the mail.  I will even make up a cute gift card to send to your friend to announce the pending arrival of her great gift.

If you are interested in seeing what kind of projects have been sent in the past visit   Pinterest/Stampin' Up! Paper Pumpkin                and you can view what people have done with their kits. The beauty of Paper Pumpkin is that you can make the project exactly according to the instructions or you can put your own spin on the contents of the box.

I will be holding a Meet Paper Pumpkin class on Friday evening, July 18 from 7:00-8:30. Come assemble one of the projects from a recent Paper Pumpkin box and see if you would like to join my Paper Pumpkin club for one month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or every month. If you would like to sign up for the class reply to this post and I will contact you. The class is FREE!
Visit My Paper Pumpkin to sign up now for your continuing subscription .

Or order your Paper Pumpkin prepaid subscription at My Stampin' Up! Store  and get a redemption code. Then go to My Paper Pumpkin, enter your redemption code and start getting your cute red box in the mail.

Hope to see you at my Meet Paper Pumpkin class in July.

Envelope Punch Board Cards!!

My most recent obsession is the Stampin' Up! envelope punch board.  Not only can I make an envelope for any size card I am in the mood to make but I can make pretty envelopes out of designer series paper.

But I have really had fun making the file folder cards made so easily with the envelope punch board.

Double Tab File Folder Card

Depending on the paper and the embellishments you use, this card can work really well for a masculine card.

Step by step instructions:
1.) Cut cardstock  to 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" scoring the long side at 4 1/4"

2.) Line up the left hand side of the short side of the card in the envelope punch board and punch.

3.) Move paper so the side lines up with 3" on the punch board. Punch again

4.) Flip paper over and repeat.

5.) Using your paper trimmer cut off right hand side tab (the one that is not curved on the end.) Flip paper and cut off the other right side.

6.) Round Corners where you cut the piece off.

7.)  To cut designer series paper for the front cut the paper to 5 1/4" x 4". Use the envelope punch board to make the tap just like you did for the card base but instead of moving the paper to 3" to make the second punch move it to 2 7/8" and punch.  Cut off the extra piece and round the corner. This should make it fit perfectly!

8.) Decorate as you wish!

Hope your day has some wonderful craft time in it!
